1979 F350 Ranger

This 1979 F350 Ranger started as a 2wd 4 door.  We pulled the engine and then removed the bed and cab. Once the original '79 frame was stripped of all  suspension and drive train, it was sent to be sand blasted.  We used a 2006 Super Duty frame as a donor for the 4wd suspension and axles. The 79 frame was coated with Chassis Saver Frame paint before being reassembled.  A new crate 460 engine and fresh c4  transmission were installed. The 79 frame and 06 suspension were kept as stock as possible to allow for off the shelf parts. The before and after shots really show the transformation.
